Born and raised in Los Angeles, Robert dedicates his time to serving the people of our community by applying his knowledge and passion for justice in his everyday work. He is an attorney known for his thoughtful, strategic, and client-focused approach to legal representation. Robert is committed to providing practical guidance, clear communication, and strong advocacy for his clients.
Robert obtained his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the California State University of Los Angeles, where he was admitted to the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi by ranking in the top ten percent of his class. Robert then received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Irvine School of Law where he focused his studies on litigation and victims’ rights.
Robert began his career by championing the rights of California employees as a Plaintiff’s-side employment law litigator. After gaining numerous years of experience as a litigator, winning numerous jury trials as a prosecutor, and recovering millions of dollars for California’s working class, Robert founded Payaslyan Law, P.C. in order to offer and provide a personalized approach to employment law litigation.
